Late C18 or early C19 with alterations. Two storeys, one window. Stuccoed front,
tile hung and brick return. Fairly low pitched hipped tiled roof. Modern 2-storey
prospecting canted bay with small-paned casements. Brick dentil eaves cornice.
Modern dormer and doorway on left return. Included for group value.
