C18. Adjoining Church Hill House and formerly a part of it. Main front of 2 storeys,
3 windows, irregular. Fairly high pitched tiled roof. First floor tall casements
breaking eaves have gables over. Fancy tile hung lst floor, large malmstone rubble,
with some galleting below. Red brick dressings. Modern leaded casements with
transoms. Three-panel door under ambled bracketed hood. Modern left extension
which projects.
