2-storey, 2-window cottage largely C18 but with timber-framed core; and C19
additions and alterations. High pitched, half-hipped tiled roof with projecting
end chimney. Right part ground floor flint rubble with red brick dressings.
Remainder red brick with diaper of blue headers. Modern casements.

Castle Farmhouse, the Wall to East, the Garden Boundary Wall and the Cottage
to West form a group.

Cottage to West of Castle Farmhouse shall be amended to read No 5 (Castle Farm
Cottages)

The group value note should now read Castle Farmhouse, the Wall to east, Garden
Boundary Wall and No 5 (Castle Farm Cottages) form a group.

The group value note appearing in the entires for items 38/115O, 38/1151 and
38/1152 on page 290 should be amended to read Castle Farmhouse, the Wall to
east, Garden Boundary Wall and No 5 (Castle Farm Cottages) form a group.
