Polychrome brick with blue brick bands and diaper-work and stone copings, kneelers, keys, imposts and stoding to windows; crested plain tile roofs with brick stacks. Gothic Revival style, with Domestic Revival details. One storey. Gabled entrance bay has moulded pointed-arched doorway set in segmental- arched architrave; 3-light window above with ovolu-moulded stone lintel set on chamfered brick mullions; doorway and window flanked by double-chamfered lancet windows; roof surmounted by louvred bellcote with tile spirelet. Classrooms each side have small gabled roof dormer with cusped tympanum to each outer bay and are dominated by tall half- hipped half-dormers each with 4 similar graduated lancets. Similar dormers and lancets to sides and rear. Rear wings linked by pentices with lean-to roofs set on timber posts. Interior not inspected. A fine and well detailed example.
