Detached house. formerly rectory. C18. Local lias stone cut and squared, with some rubble work, Doulting stone
dressings: Welsh slate roof with stepped coped north gable, hipped south-west corner; brick and stone chimney stacks,
Closed U-plan: 2 storeys, 4-bay roadside elevation. Sash windows set in keystoned moulded architrave, 12-pane below
and 9-pane above; no windows lower bays 2 and 3, but between these bays a pair of 3-panel doors set under rectangular
3-pane fanlight in plain raised ashlar surround. South elevation of 5 bays to match: bay 5 projects and has an angled
2-storey bay window with full windows to each of the 3 faces; upper windows all 9-pane, lower bays 1 to 3 have 12-pane
windows, bay 4 a French door with fanlight over, and the lower windows to the bay of 18-panes. Single storey wing added
on north side. Interior not seen.
