A Grade II Listed Building in Wakefield North, Wakefield

No. 70, Westgate

Uploader's Comments

This listed building, (hard to believe), at the junction of Cheapside and Westgate, was built around 1790 as the home of the wool merchant, Mr Soulby, and much later converted into a grocers shop,(currently a takeaway). The listing also includes No's 2 & 4 Cheapside.
