Early to mid C19 refronting of C18 houses. Nos 41 and 42, 5 storeys stucco with
moulded eaves cornice. 3 windows to upper floors, 2nd floor sill course, architrave
surrounds to sashes with cornices on 1st floor, tile centre window with console
brackets to scrolled leaf pediment feature over. Altered Victorian shop front.
No 43 came height but with 4 storeys, painted brick, moulded eaves cornice. 2
windows to upper floors, glazing bars intact to 2nd and 3rd floors, architrave
surrounds 1st floor. Altered late Victorian shop.

Nos 31, 32 and 34 to 43 (consec) form a group with No 3 King Street.
