House. c.1835. Pebble-dash and stucco with hipped slate
roof. One storey, 3 bays. Coved cornice and 4 pilasters
with pointed recesses; central shallow gable with ornamental
bargeboards. Windows have label moulds and are sashed with
glazing bars. Entrance has label mould and C20 door.
Return lateral stacks. Rear similar with basement. 2
canted bay windows and central gable. Ornate balcony to
ground floor.
