Early/mid C18 front to probably earlier building. Rendered, 2 storeys and attic.
Moulded wooden eaves cornice. Rusticated quoins. 2 ranges of double-hung sash
windows (1 with glazing bars) in elaborate surrounds with keystones and bull-nosed
sills. Late C19 shopfront with some stained glass.
Nos 32 to 36 (consec) form a group of historical as well as architectural
importance since they are the only surviving buildings surrounding The Cross,
the historic centre of the town.
