Pair of houses, front garden wall and gatepiers. C.1830. Brick, stuccoed.
Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, attic and basement. 4 bays with central 2-bay
breakforward and recessed low single-bay entrance wings to sides. 4-panel doors
with overlight in architraves with cornice. Tripartite sashes in architraves to
centre, with cornices on consoles to centre 2 bays. 1st floor sill band. sashes
with margin lights to entrance bays. Cornice, egg and dart moulding to centre.
Balustraded parapet with central pediment on pilastered base containing attic
windows. Stucco low garden wall with railings and low gatepiers.
