Pair estate cottages. 1923/24, by Sir Guy Dawber. Local stone rubble, hipped plain clay tile roof, central rubble chimney stack. 'T'-plan. 2 storeys, 1+2+1 bays. Small pane casements of 2- and 3- lights : boarded entrance doors with small hexagonal glazed panels in inner corners of outer bays under simple flat timber hoods on corner brackets; flat soldier arches over all openings.
Interiors not seen. Part of the totally designed estate of Stowell Hill House (qv).
