The wall borders the Gainsborough Court neo-georgian estate. It is leaning and since 2018 has warning signs to advise it is dangerous. It has original brick supports and later wooden supports. There are mature horse chestnut trees between the wall and the lane, and the wall is about 12ft from the lane
