House, belonging to Southill Estate. Plaque: "S W 1801. Restored 1885 S W
Restored 1915 S W." Brick structure with pebbledash render. Hipped clay tile
roof. Main block of 3-room plan, 2 storeys, with single-storey block
projecting from rear. S elevation: symmetrical facade. 2 5-light casements
to ground floor. 3 2-light casements to first floor with segmental-arched
heads. Central doorway has 6 panel door in moulded surround with open
pedimented hood on cut brackets. Integral red brick stacks to both side
elevations, the paired shafts set diagonally. Included for group value.
