Pair of Southill Estate cottages. Plaque "S W 1796." Colourwashed roughcast
over timber frame. Clay tile roof. 4-room plan in total, one storey and
attics. Ground floor has 4 2-light casements, attic has 2 box dormers with 2-
light casements. 2 plank doors. Red brick double ridge stack. Red brick
external stack to S gable end.
