Former farmhouse. Mid to late C17 with many later details. 2 storey
with attics. North front clunch with brick dressings, black glazed pantiled
roof, south flint with brick dressings, renewed red pantiled roof. 2
storeys with attics. North front has one 3-light ground floor casement
in brick dressed surround, one first floor blocked brick dressed long
and low window, central early C18 landing wooden framed cross window with
lead glazing bars. C20 door opening and door. C.1700 brick heightening
course at eaves, steeply pitched roof with single dormer. C19 2 storey
clunch with brick dressed lean-to wing at east. South front has blocked
first floor long and low window. West gable rebuilt in C19, J.P. attic
purlin irons.
