Late C18. Cottage, part of group. Coursed rubble (rendered). Quoins. Pitched
stone slate roof. 2 storeys. East elevation: ground floor; doorway with
timber surround. One 2-light stone mullioned window. Small lean-to extension,
rubble, quoins, asbestos roof. First floor; one 3-light stone mullioned window.
One 2-light stone mullioned window. West elevation: ground floor; one 3-light
stone mullioned window. North gable; large lean-to stone extension.
