Terraced "4th rate" house (the ground floor probably originally a shop).
c.1810-20 Portman Estate development. Painted brick with stuccoed ground
floor; concealed slate roof. 3 storeys and basement. 2 windows wide.
Semicircular arched doorway to left; panelled door and patterned fanlight,
the opening flanked by thin pilasters carrying narrow frieze and cornice.
Ground floor has slightly set forward surround to tripartite sash window;
upper floors have recessed sashes under flat gauged arches. Parapet with
coping. Cast iron area railings.
