Terrace house. c.1720 with early to mid C19 refronting and heightening. Stock
brick, stucco dressings, slate roof. 4 storeys. 2 windows wide. Ground floor
has mid C20 former cafe front. Upper floors have recessed plate glass windows
in stucco architraves with cornices. Stucco crowning cornice and blocking course.
Interior retains much of original rebated panelling with box cornices to upper
floors and remains of passage hall with dog leg, closed string, turned baluster
staircase with column newels.
