Said to be medieval but possibly later. Timber frame with red brick nogging.
Rubble plinth. Incorporating two medieval cruck-trusses with two collars.
Tile roof. Later barns adjoining each end. External stone steps to loft
door.

Lower Poswick House and barn to north-west and wall to south-west form
a group.
