C19 extension. Hammer dressed stone. Pitched stone slate roof. 2 storeys.
South elevation: Ground floor; Two doorways with stone surround (one part
blocked). One 3-light and one 2-light stone mullioned window. One single
light with stone surround. First floor; One 3-light and one 2-light stone
mullioned window. Two single lights with stone surrounds. North elevation
(Nos 1092 & 1093 Manchester road): This is mid C19 extension with continuous roof.
West end is later. Ground floor; Two entrances with stone surrounds. One
2-light stone mullioned window. One single light. First floor; One 2-light
stone mullioned window. Three single lights (one has stone surround).
