Circa 1700. Brick. Tile roof with coped gable ends. Stringcourse at
first floor level. Two storeys. Seven windows, sashes and wood mullion
transom easements, glazing bars. Central door with segmental hood and
rectangular fanlight. Staircase of circa 1700 with turned balusters.
