Former farmhouse and attached yard wall. Farmhouse probably late C18, altered C19; wall mid-late C19. Farmhouse of red brick with blue headers in Flemish bond; plain tile roof. Yard wall of red brick in Flemish garden wall bond. Farmhouse: 2 storeys, 4 x 5 bays. Blue brick platt band. Stepped dentilled eaves of cream Beaulieu brick. Segmental header-brick arched openings. Ground floor windows on all but north side deepened and with later small-pane sashes or boarded up. Hipped roof. North elevation: bay 3 windows blind; central eaves stack. West elevation: main entrance at centre having board door, side-lights and deep bracketed canopy; paired windows over, first floor otherwise blind with later hipped dormer on right. South elevation: doorway to bay 2; hipped dormer to left bay, first floor windows of bays 3 and 4 below 1/2-hipped gable; later stacks. East elevation: doorway to bay 4; bay 2 has paired windows on first floor under half-hipped gable; bay 5 blind on ground floor, with blind window over; broad central stack. Attached to south east corner is yard wall which has segmental-arched doorway and top ramping dorm to square-section pier with stone cap. The farmhouse is similar stylistically to the stables (q.v.).
