House and cowhouse, now house. C18. Thinly-rendered sandstone rubble with
millstone grit quoins; stone-flagged roof. Elevation to road one storey, 2
bays; 2-storey rear. Blank left bay; small larder window at right, hit-and-
miss vent under 2 panes, with thin flat stone lintel. Left return has flat-
coped low rubble walls flanking 4 stone steps to boarded door under rough
stone lintel. Corbelled central semicircular oven projection with flat stone
coping; row of throughstones immediately above. Rear has rough stone lintels
to partly-glazed ground-floor cow-house door and 2 C19 sashes above. Roof has
left end chimney.
