1880 (dated). Red brick ground floor. First floor hung with blue and red fishscale tiles. Pitched tile roof. Two storeys. Moulded brick "bressummer" above ground floor. Four ranges of casements with glazing bars. Outer ranges break forward and are crowned by gables with bargeboards. Inner ranges have porches crowned by lean-to roof, with one window each flanked by Caernarvon etched planked doors. Tall brick stacks at ends, with tumbled batters.
