hipped slate roof, flat eaves. 4 windows to Catherine Street: recessed sashes,
glazing bars intact, block sills, flat brick arches. Modern shop to No 1
returned to Milford Street. Edwardian shop front to No 3. 7 similar windows
to upper floors on Milford Street front, one blind. Ground floor modern.

Nos 1 & 3 form a group with Nos 4 to 16 (even) Milford Street.
