Bridge. 1813. Sandstone ashlar. 3 recessed, segmental arches, the inner
flanked by cutwaters sloping in to form pedestrian refuges in parapet, the
outer flanked by pilasters. Band at road bed level,higher at centre of river;
chamfered parapet, with canted refuges, ends in round piers which have bands
below low-domed coping.
