Formerly a pair of cottages, now one dwelling. Probably early C19. Painted
brick, pantiled roof. Single storey and attic. 3 window range, mid C20 small
pane casements, segmental arches; mid C20 boarded door; brick eaves dentil
cornice. One flat-roofed dormer. Mid C20 single storey flat-roofed extension
to west. Included for group value.
