Coach house. Early C19. Ashlar and red brick; clay tile roof with coped verge to right. Ground storey and loft with stepped eaves course; about three roof bays; coach arch to left with two leaf door; central boarded door with segmental head; boarded loft opening to right of centre. Loft opening to south gable. One of a number of outbuildings associated with Mayfield Hall (qv).
