Parsonage house. 1860-2. By G.E. Street. Coursed and squared
rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings; half-hipped clay tile roof;
coursed and squared rubble ridge stacks with ashlar ends and caps.
2 parallel ranges with wing to south, forming a rough L shape and a
short wing projecting from the west end of the south front; Vernacular
revival with late C13 Gothic details. East front: 2 storeys; main
range to right, gabled wing to left; irregular fenestration, plate
glass sashes. Wing has a single 6-light ground floor window to
chamfered SE corner with heavily moulded detail above, first floor
window to centre has 2-shoulder headed lights with central chamfered
mullion and bracketed sill continued as a string course around the
wing, plate tracery quatrefoil above. Main range: ground floor
tripartite window to left of centre with colonette mullions and shoulder
head lights, 2-light first floor window over with central chamfered
mullion and small hipped gable above eaves level; pointed door to
left with hood mould. South front: 1:2 bays, projecting gable to
left; plate glass sashes, those to ground floor right and to first
floor left have 2 lights, the latter with bracketed sill band, that
to ground floor left has 3 lights, all windows have colonette mullions;
half glazed door to centre with external pelmet.Part ofa very good Street
group including Church (q.v.), Church Hall (q.v.), School (q.v.),
Coach house and stable (q.v.) and Churchyard cross (q.v.).
