Late C18 or early C19, 2 storey, 4 sash windows, at 1st floor, including 2 3-light, mainly with glazing bars remaining. Flint and brick, with brick face, limewashed. Pantile roof hipped. Wood Doric doorcase with pilasters, and panelled reveals to 6-panel door with fielded panels and oblong fanlight.

No.47 forms a group with Nos.1 and 2 and Nos.5-9 (Consec.) Brigg Square.
