Early C19 altered, red brick, 2 storey (No 28 and attic, gabled dormer) part stucco, limewashed. Pantile roofs (No 28 fairly steep), toothed eaves band. 2 modern casements at each floor.
The number 28 is on the door of the house on which you would expect to find the number 24.

Nos 20, 22, 26 & 28 form a group with No 23.
