Early C19. Rendered facade with band at 2nd floor, cornice and parapet. 3 storeys.
1 window moulded architraves, 2nd floor barred sash, 1st floor French casement
with label above. Altered C19 shop front with cornice, end stops and pilasters,
corner entrance. Elevation to East Street has 3 windows with centre 1st and 2nd
floor blank. Bands at 1st and 2nd floors and cast iron balcony behind notice board.
This house terminates the view down West Street.
Nos 1 to 13 (odd) Surgery and fareham House, form a group with Nos 10 and 12 and
the Red Lion. (Surgery is a building of local interest).
