Late C18 to early to mid C19. 2 storeys. 2 window bays and centre doorway.
Slate gabled roof. Stuccoed front. Sash windows in reveals with glazing bars.
Louvred shutters. 6 panelled door; small dainty modern hood with cusped and
scalloped edge. Right hand gable end to street has sash window with glazing bars
to right hand above; iron guard. On ground floor beneath it, splayed 3-light
bay window.

Undercliff, Theos Cottage, Nos 6 & 7 and Westfield together with all the listed
buildings in Cobb Terrace form a group.
