Late C18 to early to mid C19; a building is shown on this site on a "Plan of
Lyme Regis and Environs 1841." 2 storeys and attic. 3 window bays. 3 box dormers.
New slate gabled roof. Blue lias ashlar front. Long and short quoins. Flanking
stacks. Sash windows with glazing bars above. French casements on ground floor
with rectangular lights over. 6-panelled door with top 2 panels glazed; moulded
archivolt. Glass verandah on wooden posts across ground floor.

Undercliff, Theos Cottage, Nos 6 & 7 and Westfield together with all the listed
buildings in Cobb Terrace form a group.
