Parish boundary stone: late C18/early C19. Red sandstone block with
semi-circular top with line and inscription S:M (for Parish of St.Mary
on the Hill, Chester) on east face in good but worn lettering.

Part of this stone may stand in Moston and Upton-by-Chester civil
parishes.
