C16 refashioned in Cl8. 2-storeys on cellars. Modern pantile roof. Stone rubble
with plastered front. 3 window bays, widely spaced on 1st floor, sash windows.
Doorway between 2nd and 3rd window from left hand end; moulded architrave, triangular
pediment on brackets, 6-panelled door; deep reveals. Moulded ceiling beams.
Carved stone panel above fireplace in bar.

No 1, Tudor House Hotel & Nos 6 to 12 (consec), Church Street form a group.
The north front of the Guildhall forms a stop at the south end of this group.
