C16 refashioned in C18. 2 storeys on cellars. Stucco front. Moulded eaves
cornice with small paired modillions. Slate gabled roof. 5 window bays; sash
windows; glazing bars intact on 1st floor. Plinth. Pilastered doorway with
entablature; 6-panelled door. Moulded ceiling beams in cellar.

No 1, Tudor House Hotel & Nos 6 to 12 (consec), Church Street form a group.
The north front of the Guildhall forms a stop at the south end of this group.
