Early/mid C19. Rendered. Pitched slate roof. Coped gable ends. 2 storeys
and attics. 2 ranges of windows, sashes with glazing bars on 1st floor, French
casements with marginal glazing bars on ground floor; attic casement with
glazing bars in east end elevation. Extension to east. 2 storeys, hipped
slate roof: 1 sash with glazing bars, and 1 pointed arched casement on 1st
floor. Ground floor obscurred by greenhouse.

No 2, all the Brewery Buildings, and Nos 12 to 30 Fives Court Row form a group.
