Pair of attached houses. c1840. Limestone ashlar, roof not
visible. Double-depth plan. Italianate style. 3 storeys and
basement; 4-window range. A symmetrical pair with banded
rustication to the ground floor, first-floor pilasters to the
corners and centre, and a cornice and parapet; side porches
have 6-panel doors. 6/6-pane sashes, 3/6-panes on the second
floor, with scrolled consoles and cornices on the ground
floor, plain cornices on the first. INTERIOR not inspected.
Shares a similar plan and elevation with Nos 26-36 Cotham Road
(qv).
