Arc lamp post. Designed 1898 by HF Proctor. Cast-iron. Fluted
base with panel bearing the City crest, topped by a foliate
bulb, tapering shaft to a foliate top, turned over into a
half-circle with curly brackets to a lamp with a cast flower;
relamped.
