Formerly known as: Heysham House. House. Mid C19. Sandstone ashlar with slate roof. Double-depth plan. A symmetrical composition of 2 storeys with attic and 3 bays. Windows are C20 top-hung casements imitating sashes without glazing bars. On the ground floor are timber canted bay windows. Doorway has moulded stone architrave below Tuscan porch. Stone cornice gutter. Gable chimneys. Front slope of roof now contains 4 roof windows. Gable walls each of 3 bays. Extensive renovation works were being carried out at time of survey.
