Houses and office. C18 with C16 spinewall. Red brick and pantile roof.
3 houses each of 3 storeys and 3 bays. The centre house recessed.
Central panelled doors. Wide surrounds with narrow panels on outside
with consoles and flat hoods. Semi-circular fanlights. Sash windows
throughout with rubbed brick flat arches. 2 stringcourses between
ground and first floors with balustrading beneath central window.
Modillion cornice. The spine-wall inside No. 12, has a blocked C16
window visible from the present cellar stairs. At first floor a large
C16 window with evidence for transom and lozenge mullions.
