House, now office. Late C18 with later alterations. Brick with
stone dressings; slate roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys;
symmetrical 3-window range. Plaster plinth, ground and 1st
floor sill bands and top modillioned cornice. Ground floor has
windows with stepped brick flat arches over late C19
tripartite sashes, cutting through sill band; 1st floor
windows have stepped plaster lintels with fluted keys over
16-pane sashes flanking 12-pane sash; windows to 2nd floor
have rubbed brick flat arches over 8-pane sashes flanking
6-pane sash. Central round-headed entrance has Tuscan
aedicule, fluted entablature blocks with oval paterae, open
pediment, fanlight with radial glazing bars and 6-panel door.
Gable-end stack. Rear has 2 gabled wings.
INTERIOR: stair with stick balusters.
