GV II

Row of 3 houses in crescent. 1813. Flemish bond brickwork,
tile roofs, brick stacks. A half-crescent plan meeting the
party wall to No.29 (qv) at an acute angle, and returning
square to Gander Lane.
3 storeys and basement, each property 2-windowed, but 1
centered at ground floor. 12-pane sashes at first and second
floors, 16-pane to ground floor, all to fine brick voussoirs,
rendered to No.31, and stone cills. Central grille to basement
opening. To left of each a 6-panel door in pilaster surround
and panelled reveals under open pediment to radial fanlight.
Coped parapet to hipped roofs, large brick stack to each
valley and to right. Right return is plain. Back of range is
stepped; No.32 has 16-pane sashes and very deep 33-pane sash
with fanlight to staircase, No.31 has central 16-pane, and
No.30 has uPVC windows.
INTERIORS not inspected, but noted as having shutters, cornice
moulds, and panelled doors.
