Small house. Late C18/early C19. Painted rubble walls with
slatehanging to first floor of front and to left-hand gable;
asbestos slate roof; brick end stack on left. Single-depth
plan. 2 storeys. Regular 3-window front has openings spaced
closer towards right with doorway under second window;
original 12-pane hornless sashes to first floor, later sashes
in enlarged openings below; panelled door within open wooden
elliptically arched porch with moulded cornice. INTERIOR not
inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: slate-coped painted rubble
walls flank front and ramp down to adjoin low forecourt wall
as plinth to close-spaced iron railings with fleur-de-lis
finials and turned stanchions.
