C18. 2 storeys and attic, red and vitreous chequer brickwork, parapet with
stone coping, old tile roof hipped to left hand. The house has 1 dormer window
in attic, 3 windows on the 1st floor, and a late C19 rectangular bay to right
hand on ground floor with 6 large paned mullioned and transomed lights. There
is a 4-panelled door to right hand with brass vase and wreath knocker, and a
rectangular fanlight over, semi-circular and radiating pattern. The door is
surrounded by an architrave and has a flat moulded hood on cut brackets. There
are 3 stone steps and a stone landing with contemporary wrought- iron railings
with urn corner standards and scrolls swept up to the house.
