C18 with later C18 heightening, three storeys, ground floor stuccoed first floor plum bricks, second floor and parapet London stocks, projecting plinth, strings over ground floor windows and first floor cill level, old tile roof. There are three windows on the upper floors, the second floor windows are square, second tall casement windows with no glazing bars on ground floor each with a moulded stucco panel under, and a fourth-panelled door to the right hand the second bottom panels horizontal. There is a flat moulded hood on cut wood brackets. Park Street Lodge, Nos 2 to 16 (consec) Nos 25 to 28 local list only, entrance to Black Lion Yard, Nos 20 to 24(consec). Archway Nos 29 to 35 (consec) Cambridge Lodge, Cambridge Gate and Park Street Gate form a group.
