2 town houses, now 2 shops. Early C19. Slatehanging on
studwork to front; asbestos slate roof. Deep plan, altered
late C19 when converted to 2 shops. 3 storeys; 2-window street
front. Original 16-pane hornless sashes on the left, horned
copies on the right. Doorway on left of each pate-glass shop
front. No.8 has sloping moulded fascia with terminal consoles
over pilaster on right; No.9 has scribed pilaster and console
of late C19 shop front on its right and splayed doorway on the
left. INTERIOR not inspected.
