Pair of villas. Early 1830s. Stucco on masonry; hipped
asbestos slate roof; stuccoed central axial chimney; cast-iron
ogee gutters. Double-depth plan: right-hand villa is deeper on
plan. 2 storeys over basement; 4-window range garden front
articulated by giant fluted pilasters. Keyed flat arches over
original hornless sashes with marginal panes. Entrances to end
elevations. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of
interest.
