Estate cottage, c.1840 with probable C18 core. 1½ storeys and attics; 5
windows. Timber-framed, rendered. Thatched roof with prominent bargeboards
having carved rope-pattern to soffits; axial gault brick chimneys with square
flues and bases, both having square quatrefoil patterned tiles in sunk panels.
Gabled thatched casement dormers. C19 mullioned windows with hood-moulds and
wrought iron casements with hexagonal and diamond panes.
